To accurately determine the size needed to order a garment, you should measure yourself and compare your body measurements to the dimensions listed in the table.
Please take measurements on underwear only. Measurements are taken with a centimeter tape while standing upright and breathing freely.
Height - measure in a straight line from the top of the head to the feet standing without shoes, with feet together.
Chest circumference - measure horizontally at its largest circumference.
Waist circumference - measure horizontally at the point of greatest trunk constriction.
Hip circumference - measure horizontally around the buttocks at their largest circumference.
Side length - measure along the hips, from the waist, to the feet.
Circumference under the breasts - measure horizontally below the breasts.
Hip circumference - measure horizontally around the buttocks at their largest circumference. Add 1 cm of slack to feel as comfortable as possible in your underwear :)
